Information sent via the contact form (name, email, phone, message) is used solely to answer your request. It is never sold or shared with third parties.

On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or reject trackers, purpose by purpose. Nothing is stored until you have made a choice, and rejecting takes exactly as many clicks as accepting. Your choice is kept for six months in a strictly necessary cookie (“lds-consent-v1”) whose only role is to remember that answer; it enables no tracking. You can change it at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

Audience measurement — Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited. Used to see which pages are read and to improve the site. The script is loaded only after acceptance; otherwise no request is sent to Google. Consent Mode advertising signals (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization) remain permanently denied: this data is never used for advertising purposes.

Social media content — the News page embeds the workshop's Facebook feed, provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, which sets its own cookies. It loads only after explicit agreement; otherwise a placeholder replaces it and offers a direct link to the Facebook page. Videos are served by YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and load only when the video is clicked.

These processing operations rely on your consent, within the meaning of Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act. Withdrawing it does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

Knives are made to order, to the customer's specifications (steel, handle, finish, engraving). Under article L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.

Prices and lead times are provided by quote before any commitment.

In the event of a dispute, the consumer may use a consumer mediator free of charge. The mediator's details will be provided by the publisher.
